Available delivery or collection options, charges and estimated timing are shown during checkout or confirmed in your quote. Times are estimates unless Foodish expressly confirms a fixed time. We will contact you if an unexpected delay occurs.
Provide an accurate address and contact number and ensure someone can receive perishable food at the agreed time. Risk passes on delivery or collection. Report missing, damaged or incorrect items promptly with your order number and supporting photographs where appropriate.
Venue access, setup, service times, staffing and collection arrangements are agreed in the booking confirmation. Changes requested after confirmation may affect availability and price.
