These terms apply when you use the Foodish website, submit a form, register for an event, buy through the marketplace, or request catering and related services.

Submitting a form is a request and does not guarantee availability. A booking is confirmed only when Foodish provides written confirmation and any required payment is received. Product, venue, menu and event details may change where reasonably necessary.
Prices and applicable fees are shown before payment or supplied in a quote. Cancellation and refund rights depend on the service, timing, custom preparation and applicable consumer law. Contact support promptly about any issue.
Tell us about allergies before ordering or booking. While reasonable care is taken, food may be prepared where allergens are present. Marketplace sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and fulfilment of their listings.
You consent to service-related email and SMS communications when using forms and registrations. You must provide accurate information and must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or submit unlawful content.
The site may use Google Maps or other Google services, payment providers, email and SMS services. Their separate terms and privacy policies may also apply when you use those features.
